I've tried many obvious things like resetting SMC, NVRAM, reboots, etc. I have attempted to Spotlight "TouchID" and it finds the preference pane and attempts to open it, but it errors out saying... I tried to go through the screen time and content and privacy restrictions, but it is still not appearing.
