WebI'm porting out of Red Pocket GSMA too and just spoke to RP. PIN is the last 4 digits of your sim card. Account number was a 12 digit number I have never seen before. There service does not work. They try to capture your ported number. If you do port it out before you cancel. If you cancel first they keep your ported number. Rather than Try to get TF to correct their records, I just used it. NTP (port Pin) didn’t need this until the very end. Get it the same day you call. Phone number to be ported. I just ported from RP/VZ to Mint and the account number was the phone number (without any country code) and the PIN was the last 4 of the phone (real secure, natch). But for a previous RP/VZ port, the PIN was the IMEI or SIM last 4. I can't find my notes on that, but it may depend on when you started service.
